Per uno studio come il nostro che si occupa di studi legati alla messa in relazione del sistema italiano delle piccole medie imprese con il mondo economico arabo, è davvero importante l’apprendere che il Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri italiano stia organizzando una missione politico-economica verso gli emirati arabi.  Enrico Letta lascia  Roma, e l’intricata situazione politica, per volare nel Golfo che lo vede, tra sabato sera e martedi’, fare un vero e proprio road show del sistema Italia.

Per attrarre investimenti, portare le aziende italiane nei tre paesi piu’ dinamici della regione, e consolidare un legame politico con governi – Qatar, Emirati e Kuwait – protagonisti anche sulla scena delle crisi internazionali, dalla Siria all’Egitto. Con un occhio anche ai loro rapporti con l’Ue, in vista della presidenza italiana.

In paesi dove c’e’ una “grande capacità” finanziaria e fondi sovrani tra i più ricchi del mondo, interessati ad un processo di sviluppo, anche interno, sul fronte di settori tradizionali come il petrolio, ma anche settori come infrastrutture e trasporti, dove le imprese italiane possano giocare le loro carte. Anche sul fronte di quel “nuovo made in Italy”: il manifatturiero avanzato. La missione di Letta dei prossimi giorni rientra così in pieno in quell’operazione, fortemente voluta dal premier, che si chiama “Destinazione Italia”.

Grande pero’ anche la sua valenza sul piano politico, visto che gli Emirati sono i “Partner principali del Consiglio di cooperazione del golfo che ha rapporti tradizionali con la Ue” così’ come il Qatar che ha un ruolo molto dinamico nella politica estera, “con grande attenzione verso l’Egitto” e la situazione in Siria. Vorremmo ricordare a tutti i nostri lettori l’importanza dell’Egitto per l’Italia, rappresentando per questo grande paese il secondo partner economico-commerciale a sostegno dell’economia egiziana. Ed è proprio in questo momento di rinascita del paese dei faraoni, che l’Italia si pone come strategico per aiutare l’economia di questo paese alla grande ripartenza dopo le elezioni presidenziali imminenti che vedono come vincitore per proclamazione popolare del il giovane ed capace generale El Sissi,  che porteranno stabilità e  rinascita economica e nella quale il sistema Italia ne trarrà dei positivi benefici.
